The purpose of the Board of Governors is to fulfill the mission and goals of the SB by providing leadership and support and to make administrative decisions regarding the operation of Sonoran Bells.
Sonoran Bell’s current Board of Governors is:

- Karen Baker, Secretary
- Arwen Newman, Treasurer
- Shannon Casey, Artistic Director
